Full Stack Web Developer

Nine Twenty are delighted to be working with a leading digital marketing agency within the sports betting industry, to find a Full Stack Web Developer to join their growing team.

Role:

Following continued growth, we're seeking to hire an ambitious full-stack developer who specialises in Laravel and PHP development to join our development team working on some very exciting new projects, including the rebuild of several aspects of our web presence using Laravel, Nuxt JS, and Capacitor JS. Experience in building hybrid applications using Nuxt and Capacitor JS would be a huge advantage.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years commercial Laravel and PHP development experience
  • Experience using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue JS, and be comfortable working with and across the entire Laravel ecosystem, including working with all of the major official packages and services, such as: Laravel Vapor, Laravel Breeze, Laravel Echo, Laravel Mix, Laravel Sanctum.
  • You should be comfortable working with and integrating 3rd-party APIs, as well as taking a standards-based, RESTful API-driven approach to developing Laravel applications.
  • Knowledge of test-driven development is also very important, as well as experience with continuous integration tools, such as Chipper CI, and methodologies for automated testing and deployment.
  • A thorough understanding of version control is also vital, particularly git.
  • Experience in working with AWS, particularly serverless environments would also be an advantage, but not essential.
