Your background?
- Experience creating high-end, visually complex UIs using Virtual DOM style libraries such as React, Vue, etc and DOM libraries like jQuery
- Confident writing CSS to an adopted code style
- An understanding of popular JavaScript build tools like Webpack, within the context of a larger build tools pipeline
- Readiness to learn new skills and techniques alongside the rest of the team, as we expand our reach internationally and the diversity of our customer base grows
- Experience of Continuous Integration and delivery/deployment environments
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working as part of an agile team (XP/SCRUM)
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A growth mindset, with an interest in building customer facing tools using ambitious technologies and practices
- Ability to pickup and understand existing codebases quickly
- Experience working with Front End state management libraries, such as Redux, Flux or Mobx
- ASP.NET Core MVC and/or .NET Framework MVC experience
- Any history of using a JavaScript-based animation or interaction libraries
- An interest in accessibility technologies would be very exciting, as well as any experience building UIs that have had to be internationalized or localized for another market
