Nine Twenty's Support Services (Maintenance) client are expanding and keen to recruit good Fire & Security Service Engineers for the South East of England.
Role
Our client provide fire, security, life safety, music and media solutions to clients across both the public and private sectors. This is an exciting time for the business, as they have joined forces with a very reputable organisation to grow and expand the services and solutions into new markets and applications. To support this growth, there is openings for talented, experienced Fire & Security Service Engineers to join a dynamic team as a key member of the Service team, you will have good technical knowledge and proven experience of working in the Fire, Security and Life Safety industry. Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional who is customer focused with a can-do attitude.
Areas of Responsibility
- Undertaking Fire & Security planned preventative and reactive maintenance work services
- Small Installation, Service & Maintenance on Access Control, CCTV Systems, Fire Alarms & Intruder Alarms
- Undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works through the help desk within set time frames so that customer expectations are met
- Take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or related to management as necessary
- Working in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation and policies
- Flexibility in working hours to meet Contractual KPI's
Skills/ Experience
- Experience in the installation and servicing of CCTV Systems (Analogue & IP Preferred), Fire Alarm Systems (Analogue & Addressable), Intruder Alarm Systems (Wired & Wireless) and Computerised Access Control systems
- Sound technical and environmental awareness
- Permit to Work and Authorisation processes
- Have good understanding of Health & Safety issues
- Full clean driving licence
- ECS/ CSCS/ Trade Card
- FIA Modules
- Customer focussed individual with proactive approach to work
- Positive effective communication skills
- IT literate
