Facilities Team Lead

Nine Twenty are supporting our client, an innovative and rapidly expanding manufacturing organisation in seeking a Facilities Team Lead.
The Role:
- Assures prompt response by other team members and selected contractors.
- Provides professional support on site or at remote sites.
- Working knowledge of liquid transfer pumps and associated equipment
- Promotes a team working environment together with other Facilities professionals by performing the prescribed duties personally or in conjunction with other members of the team.
- Ensures compliance with the HSE standards, policies and procedures
- Maintains overall responsibility for ensuring all building ,service and inspection documents are accurately filed in the relevant recording system
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as facilities manager or related position.
- Relevant professional qualification time served engineer
- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Good analytical/critical thinking.
- PC literate.
- Project management skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels.
