ERP Project Manager

Nine Twenty are delighted to assist in the recruitment of an ERP Project Manager on behalf of a leading based Business & Systems Change Consultancy

Our client specialise particularly in ERP implementations in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. They deliver the full business system change journey: from blueprint and selection, to implementation and optimisation.  Having established a robust customer base and strong reputation – they now have ambitious growth plans for the business.    

The Role - Responsible for the delivery of client projects, making sure they achieve full satisfaction and that the project is delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner with the expected business benefits. The ERP project manager will be expected to deliver across the full project lifecycle: from preparing business cases and project plans, through requirements, design, build, test and cutover. The role will require a hybrid skillset across project management, change management and solution management.

The Opportunity -  To be a key part of the consultancy team for a growing and ambitious company with a varied and interesting project portfolio. To play a key role in building and developing the delivery capability and the strategy, process and system to drive and deliver growth.

The Candidate - The successful candidate will be experienced in heading up large scale ERP and associated change programmes, as well as handling multiple smaller projects simultaneously. They will have the people, business and change management skills to work across numerous business teams in a manufacturing environment to define processes and associated change, as well as shaping and implementing the ERP solution through the full project lifecycle.


Experience Required - Experience of leading multiple ERP system implementations from end-to-end. Prince2 or another project management qualification would be preferred (but can be substituted with demonstrable track record), experience of manufacturing and supply chain environments

Location - Preferably located close to the Glasgow office.  But significant levels of travel and remote working will be required across our UK customer base.

Package - Salary – Negotiable depending on experience, Benefits – Car allowance, competitive pension scheme, private medical insurance, life assurance, Holiday – 25 days plus statutory.
