Nine Twenty Recruitment are excited to be working with a manufacturing and design Company who are a key supplier to the drinks industry in their need to an Environmental Advisor. As Environmental Advisor you will ensure the business meets legal obligations in accordance with Environmental legislation and regulations; CCA, SPRI, ESOS, Packaging Waste and Waste management.
Responsibilities:
- Management of environmental licences/permits, eg. PPC, together with preparation of reports and associated documentation.
- Implementing environmental management systems, carrying out environmental audits, environmental monitoring across sites, produce reports and KPIs.
- Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders including senior management, operational staff and external regulators/bodies such as SEPA.
- Leading on new initiatives and seeking opportunities to improve and develop Environmental performance across the business.
