Nine Twenty Technology are delighted to be representing their client based in Renfrewshire in the search for a First Line Support candidate for their technology service client.
The successful candidate will have a broad knowledge within IT technologies, including the Microsoft platform and applications. The candidate will also have experience working in a customer service role.
You will have proven experience in desktop related issues and be passionate about customer satisfaction.
A sound understanding of infrastructure technology including servers, databases and networks are fundamental for this role.
Responsibilities/Accountability:
- 1st line support, for Desktop (troubleshoot, diagnosis and incidents)
- Customer focused
- Industry certified
- Call resolutions, technical support
- Internal and external support queries
- Create and maintain client accounts via Active Directory.
Skills/Experience
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Understanding of the Microsoft platform and applications
- Understanding of Active Directory
- Understanding of ITIL and process
- Service Management methodology knowledge
- Interest in Incident and Problem Management

- Technical qualifications
- 2 years work experience in a customer service role
