A large e-commerce brand based in Glasgow is seeking a talented Email Marketing Executive to join its marketing team. The company is the largest in its sector and has enjoyed sustained growth over the last few years, as well as a multi-million-pound investment. They are looking to continue to grow their marketing team with the addition of this role.

The Role:

The Email Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue across the customer base. They will work with a cross-functional team, analyse campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to improve customer experience and business performance.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of running email marketing campaigns to take a step up in their career and work with a well-established and successful brand.

The role is based in Glasgow with hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute email marketing campaigns with the aim of driving customer engagement and revenue.
  • To develop compelling email content and design.
  • To analyse campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and the customer experience.
  • To develop and execute A/B testing to optimise email marketing performance.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • To closely monitor email segments, and continuously track KPIs to identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce churn.
  • To provide reports, insight and recommendations on email performance to guide improvement.
  • To make data-informed improvements and justify the decisions you make.

Requirements:

  • 1 year+ experience in a similar email/direct marketing role.
  • Previous experience with email marketing software such as Klaviyo.
  • Proven experience within a similar role in a product-based B2C & B2B environment at an agency or client side.
  • You must have full and permanent right to work in the UK, we cannot offer visa sponsorship. This applies to student/graduate visas etc as well.
