Nine Twenty are delighted to be supporting our client in their need for a Key Account Manager to join their team in Livingston permanently. You will be part of a fantastic electronics manufacturing business & team who are going through a significant period of growth. Our client are looking for an experienced Business/Account Manager who can step into a senior role with minimum guidance with the ability to manage a wide range of customer accounts and portfolios.
As the Key Account Manager you will take ownership of the commercial relationships whilst providing customer excellence in terms of delivery, quality, responsiveness, service & support expansion. You will be the voice of the customer to Internal Operations and the voice of our client to the external customer.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Establish and manage customer relationships and expanding growth opportunities
- Responsible for the Customer Profit & Loss
- Management of pricing activity
- Meet or exceed customers expectations
- Creation & execution of customer account plans & strategies
- Build & develop multi level relationships with customers, with full knowledge of the customer business model, market place & competition
- Forecasting ensuring consistent with pricing models
- Support the Customer Service Manager looking at accuracy, timing & commit of the customer order book
- Inventory - closely monitor obsolete, slow moving and excess inventory levels
- Management of customer visits
- Manage and monitor projects relating to customer developments
- Lead on the response for request to quotations (RFQ's)
Requirements:
- Strong experience within Customer Business Management/Account Management/Customer Excellence
- Knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing is a must
- Excellent communication, organisational & troubleshooting skills
