Nine Twenty Technology are on the lookout for an E - Learning Content Developer to join a fantastic global IT firm in Glasgow, who deliver a variety of market leading IT solutions to an impressive portfolio of clients. As an e-Learning Developer, you will be responsible for analysing, designing and developing learning for internal and external audiences across a range of technical software solutions.

You will play a crucial role across the business establishing learning needs, designing and developing digital learning content that is both engaging and informative and then measuring it's effectiveness. 

You will also be responsible for: 

  • Identifying learning objectives, develop learning content, and drive evaluation and assessment strategies
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SME’s) to understand the training need and content requirements
  • Work as part of the software release process to identify internal enablement requirements and training updates required as a result of new features
  • Manage content source files in shared libraries and upload content into the e-learning management system 
  • Read technical specifications and translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand content

Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience using e-Learning development tools (preferably Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise & Camtasia)
  • Experience of administering learning management systems
  • Familiarity with relevant content packaging formats such as SCORM
  • Graphical design skills 
  • Demonstrated experience developing e-Learning courses, job aids, online tutorials and other training materials
  • Expert experience developing e-Learning content
