This role is within Q-Commerce, which is deemed the next generation of E-commerce. The business has been responsible for delivering £100m of annualised sales for business partners across various verticals(including convenience grocery and hospitality) against other Q-Commerce behemoths. The business has grown to 1,150 partners and some 700,000 users.  The business has ambitious growth plans.

This role will be home-based, but the office is based in Dundee which you can travel to occasionally(it's in your hands) - you can be based anywhere in Scotland. You will report to the Digital Performance Manager and be responsible for generating exponential growth from new and existing customers in a growing marketing team that is currently sitting at 8.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Propose, plan and implement creative approaches and growth-hacking techniques that acquire new customers exponentially and ensures their retention.
  • Develop and deliver demand generation campaigns across diverse regions & audiences.
  • Rapidly test and optimise effective content across multiple digital channels, with a goal of accelerating conversion rates and order frequency.
  • Analyse and track KPIs to drive optimisation and ensure campaign ROI continuously improves as campaigns scale up.
  • Report on campaign results and channel performance including ROAS/ROI.
  • Implement digital plans and provide input into audience targeting and segmentation, spend, bidding strategy and content effectiveness.
  • Use research tools to identify content that attracts, engages and converts target audiences.
  • Continually evolve and drive measurable and quantifiable improvements working with the content team and developers.
  • Identify industry trends and insights and use this knowledge to develop, test and improve new campaign messaging.

Qualifications & Experience                                                                                                                                     

  • Experience in data-based digital marketing (in-house or agency).
  • Experience and working knowledge of all or some of the following areas:
  • Organic & Paid social media.
  • SEO/SEM (Search, GUAC, Display).
  • ASO.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation.
  • Email Marketing.
  • Blogging & influencer marketing.
  • A track record of acquisition/retention campaign delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools.
  • Experience of marketing automation would be beneficial.
  • An eye for creative design would be an advantage.
