Location: Glasgow City Centre, Hybrid(2 office days per week)

Salary: Up to £40,000


An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Digital Marketer has emerged with a Glasgow-based marketing and technology company. This role will see you running big budget campaigns with an interesting roster of international clients, giving you exposure to global markets.  

This is a great opportunity for a digital marketer with commercial experience looking to build on their skills in performance marketing and think entrepreneurially in a growth mindset business. You’ll have the chance to work with an exciting client-base from around the globe, working autonomously with support from the CMO.


The Role:

This role is for a passionate and creative marketer with a can-do attitude and a focus on performance marketing. This role involves working directly with their CMO to develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns for international clients, managing projects end-to-end from scoping and strategy to optimization and performance reporting across multiple digital channels, including content marketing.

You will ideally thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with diverse global clients in various industries, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.


  • Deliver high-performing, innovative campaigns with a proactive strategy.
  • Provide media buying insights focusing on budget allocation and management.
  • Lead client accounts with hands-on campaign setup and deployment across channels.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, coordinating teams to meet briefs and deadlines.
  • Update internal planning platforms for enhanced business visibility.
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking and pixel management with team collaboration.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance for continuous improvement.
  • Develop client-specific strategies based on past campaign learnings and objectives.


  • Deep understanding of core marketing principles and Paid Media channels with 3+ years of experience.
  • Excellent internal and external communication skills, including ad copywriting.
  • Proven ability to build strong, influential, and collaborative relationships.
  • Creative and innovative thinker, proactively generating strategic ideas.
  • Confident in suggesting new experiments and approaches, using AI tools to enhance workflow.
  • Resilient in managing multiple projects, with effective self-management and prioritization.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, using data to drive decisions with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Passionate about digital marketing, staying updated on trends, techniques, and technologies.
