Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Contract: Full time, permanent
Location: Glasgow (3 days WFH and 2 days spent in the Glasgow offices)
Salary: Up to £38,000

The Role:
You will be tasked with developing and implementing search strategies to meet or exceed client targets and expectations. With an exceptional understanding of search marketing, you will create, optimise, and report on effective strategies across multiple industries and channels. Your role will also involve supporting the Search Team Lead in expanding the team's services both within the agency and to external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute impactful search strategies to fulfil client objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of search campaigns, ensuring client expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with the Search Team Lead in expanding the team's services.
- Keep track of new technologies and tools to enhance campaign performance.
- Develop and manage client relationships, providing strategic guidance and insights.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the search team.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more search channels.
- Proven track record of delivering successful search campaigns.
- Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with exceptional quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in working with and analysing large data sets.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to establish rapport with ease.
- Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and how they work together to achieve client goals.
