A brand-new role with an international events business has been created for someone with experience working across digital marketing as a skilled allrounder, with strong knowledge of paid media campaigns. The business creates and produces unique events across the globe for multiple exciting clients, and has seen excellent growth in recent years.

The Role:

The role is for someone experienced across all areas of digital marketing, including paid media campaigns, SEO, email marketing and more. Paid media campaigns will be the primary focus of this role, so strong knowledge in this area is the priority. The Digital Marketing Manager will join the stablished marketing team and be responsible for creating, managing and reporting on paid media campaigns for the business as well as overseeing the wider digital marketing strategy. The primary purpose of these campaigns is to drive sales and growth for the business.

As this role is an “in-house” or “client-side” position, it may be of interest to someone who is coming from a similar background and looking for career progression, or for someone coming from a digital agency and looking for a change of environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, managing and reporting on paid media campaigns across Facebook, Google and more.
  • Be responsible for the planning and activation of these campaigns so as to generate sales, business growth and any other business objectives.
  • To support the creation of high-quality ad copy.
  • To conduct regular A/B testing to ensure campaign effectiveness.
  • To manage and mentor other members of the team where required.
  • To manage and build relationships with external agencies and accounts (E.g. Facebook and Google).

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with paid media campaigns.
  • Facebook and Google ads experience specifically. (Certifications desirable but not essential).
  • A strong understanding and experience of SEO, email marketing and digital strategy.
  • Experience using all relevant software such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, CRM, mail chimp, screaming frog, SEMrush and more. Equivalent software is absolutely fine.
  • Commercial focus. You should want to drive growth in the business and your own development.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrable experience of this.
  • Relevant university degree.

 

Package on Offer:
