A brand new role has arisen with a "Sunday Times Top 100 company to work for" retail business, the fastest growing of their kind in Scotland. This new role will be for a Digital Marketing Manager who will lead on all things marketing for their brands within the dynamic in-house marketing and creative agency. The Role:

You will be an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading on and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy with a focus on paid search, social, SEO and managing the in-house digital marketing team.

You will have experience and a passion for digital technologies and all digital marketing channels as well a keen analytical mind driven towards achieving KPIs. You must have at least three years relevant online marketing experience in a consumer focused sector and ideally have managed at least a small team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the Head of Marketing - meeting & consulting with key internal stakeholders to discuss campaign requirements and objectives.
  • Managing and optimising paid search and social campaigns for all numerous brands.
  • Responsibility for leading digital lead generation, lead cost and lead quality.
  • Analysis & reporting of marketing performance to advise of required changes to marketing activity.
  • Formulating marketing strategies for multiple brands, creating a digital media schedule to support those strategies and to deliver the required business results.
  • In conjunction with agency and inhouse teams, help to develop both websites to increase conversion and enhance brand experience.
  • Develop timely briefs for the creative team that will accurately and effectively meet the requirements of the marketing campaign and commercial objectives.
  • Reviewing and analysing marketing from competitors.
  • Budgetary management for the relevant account ensuring all activity comes in on time and on budget meeting objectives.
  • Oversee daily marketing activity ensuring total accuracy and legal compliance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • Experience of managing at least a small team of people.
  • Experience of Paid Search, SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media.
  • Basic website UX experience.
  • Experience working in similar position.
  • Understanding of budgets and sales performance reports.
  • Passionate about marketing and open to self-learning.
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set.
  • Strong Verbal communication skills.
