This brand new role in a digital marketing agency, with a difference, has arisen due to continued growth and a roster of international clients.

The agency offers unique digital marketing services using a number of marketing platforms that get straight to the consumer, delivering effective results. These platforms accelerate growth from day one. The business works in a data-driven manner, providing faster interactions and continuous improvement. 

Due to continued growth, they need an experienced, ambitious Paid Media Manager to join the team in Glasgow and help them realize their ambitions for 2021.

 

The Role

You will be a proven, experienced, Digital Marketing Manager that will enhance client relationships, product offerings, and make a significant contribution to ambitious growth targets for 2021.

Proven experience and pedigree in digital marketing, specifically client management, is essential with the opportunity to contribute strongly to growth aspirations.

It is essential that the post-holder is an independent, proactive, self-starter that approaches every opportunity with a curiosity that encourages ideation and continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • You will develop and deliver social acquisition campaigns for a portfolio of key international clients;
  • You will lead campaigns on behalf of clients, from scoping, strategy development, campaign management and performance reporting;
  • You will be responsible for multiple clients, supplier and partner relationships, ensuring all your accounts are serviced to the highest possible standard and the best outcome achieved for our customers and the business;
  • You will manage client relationships superbly whilst also identifying new opportunities for growth across your portfolio of clients;
  • With experience and a proven track record of managing multiple diverse clients, you will also assist leadership in attending pitches and preparing proposals;
  • With an exceptional understanding of digital platforms utilized within campaign structure, you will influence and identify improvements across the business enhancing both internal efficiencies and outputs for customers;
  • An inspiring and brilliant collaborator you will ensure seamless communication across internal teams at all levels maximizing the performance and output of all campaigns on behalf of clients;

Requirements

  • You will be skilled in platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads 
  • Strong commercial awareness with a demonstrable track record of account growth and development;
  • A result-driven mentality with a tenacious mindset and drive to deliver exceptional customer service;
  • A curious and creative nature, encouraging  internal teams and clients in the direction of enhanced service levels and product offerings;
  • Proven ability to oversee large client projects with multiple project tracks and teams while anticipating, defusing, and resolving any challenges effectively;
  • Deep understanding of what drives consumer behavior and buying patterns whilst ensuring that these align and inform business goals;
  • Exceptional communication skills, highly personable with an impeccable attention to detail;
  • Open to the demands of servicing an international client base with flexible working encouraged to support this;
