An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive has emerged with a Glasgow-based marketing and technology company. This role will see you running big budget campaigns with an interesting roster of international clients, giving you exposure to global markets.  

This is a great opportunity for any digital marketing executive with commercial experience looking to build on their skills in campaign management, social and paid content, and client relations. You’ll have the chance to work with an exciting client-base from around the globe with big budgets, working autonomously with support from the Marketing Manager.

This role is orientated towards the sports industry, so a passion for this would be great, however Is not required for the role. The Role:

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing social acquisition strategies for a number of key international clients. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will work with clients to develop campaigns, including scoping, creating a strategy, managing campaigns and reporting on performance.

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the Marketing Director, you’ll deliver high quality campaigns for the clients, from delivery to optimisation.
  • You will oversee the entire campaign management process daily, maximising performance and results.
  • You will apply your understanding of social and paid traffic channels (specifically for Facebook and Google) to campaign development.
  • You will be responsible for identifying areas of growth opportunity across client campaigns.

and communicate these effectively with clients and the wider team.

  • Attention to detail will be key when reviewing copywrite and statistics.
  • Your strong communication skills will help maintain client relationships as well as build strong internal relationships.

 

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in digital marketing, specifically working with paid media.
  • Experience working with Meta/Facebook Ad Manager, with Google Ads being a bonus.
  • A result-driven mindset with a analytical and data driven approach.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • An openness to servicing an international client base, including a flexible approach to working which helps facilitate this.
  • A Proactive approach to working with the ability to work independently without close supervision, taking ownership and responsibility for output.
  • The ability to take responsibility for your own performance and personal growth.
