The Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive all things digital marketing, with a focus in performance marketing. The business wants someone with fresh ideas who will drive this area and be given high levels of autonomy, along with great support and training along the way.

You will be responsible for driving the growth of paid acquisition channels and driving ROI. You will have experience of dealing with paid media ideally in B2C and B2B. You will work with the team in the UK, and collaborate with the wider web team in Europe. This role is great for someone who has had a taste of paid media and wants to specialise further or someone who just wants to career on their paid media career.


  • Take ownership of paid media (PPC & Social) marketing activities.
  • Working closely with the wider internal Ecommerce & Marketing teams to build campaigns.
  • Developing existing paid strategy to drive growth for campaigns.
  • Identifying opportunities within the channels and presenting ideas to the Head of eCommerce to consider adding these to the marketing mix.
  • Staying ahead of all digital and paid media trends to ensure that they are delivering best in class performance.
  • Coordinating all content and assets required for paid marketing campaigns.
  • Continuous personal and professional development in area of expertise.


  • Experience in using Google Ads & Facebook Ads, and a desire to specialise further in this.
  • Commercial experience with Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Be comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to analyze performance and report back on KPIs to key stakeholders
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Some knowledge of Affiliate marketing or networks would be preferred but not essential.
  • A passion for fitness would be beneficial.
