There is an exciting and very rare opportunity to join a digital marketing agency based in Glasgow in a Paid Social-focussed role. The agency is rapidly growing while working with clients from across the world in the events sector. As a specialist, there is the opportunity to drive your own path that is tailored to your interests.

The Role:

You will work as part of the Google team as part of a squad, alongside another specialist and a Growth Manager to deliver campaigns for clients across the globe. This is an extremely rare opportunity to work with big-name clients and budgets from across numerous continents.

The agency is looking for someone who loves to learn. The company is constantly looking for ways to improve and develop the team. The agency is working with some technologies that are rarely accessible in any other role. Culture is paramount, with a value-driven one at the core of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and optimising paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Calls and meetings with key clients to talk through results, optimisations and decision making, while taking care to develop and continue building relationships.
  • Learning and development.
  • Commercial awareness of products and services on offer. 
  • Delivering workshops to build relationships and skillsets.
  • Data and Insight analysis.

Requirements:

  • A love for the world of digital, social media and paid advertising.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience building and managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Understanding of analytics, reporting + excel.
  • Keen to learn new systems.
  • Desire to innovate and improve performance.
  • Collaboration with your squad partner and wider team.
  • Appreciation of and commitment to champion the company values.
  • Ready to be part of the team and wholeheartedly commit to company culture.
  • Google Certifications are desirable but not essential.
