Responsibilities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and PPC campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance
- Look for new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Work with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
- Analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with customers
Skills Requirements
- BSc/MSc degree in marketing or a related field
- At least 1 years working experience in digital marketing
- Practical experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or PPC campaigns
- Experience in identifying target audiences and creating digital campaigns
- Experience with optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc)
- Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven experience
- Keeps up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
