An exciting opportunity has arisen with a digital agency based in Glasgow that specialises in the promotion of international events through paid media. They are looking for individuals with experience in PPC/Paid marketing to join their growing team of high-caliber specialists. There is scope for people from all levels of experience to join as there is the capacity for training and development as long as someone is truly passionate about paid media. 

This role is based within Glasgow and will be a hybrid working model.


The Role:

You will work as part of the Google team and also work in a squad. You will deliver paid media campaigns and work closely with your clients across the globe on delivering these. This is an extremely rare opportunity to work with big-name clients and budgets from across numerous continents. 

The agency is looking for someone who loves to learn. They are constantly looking for ways to improve and develop the team. The agency is working with some technologies that you would not get access to in any other role.


  • Building highly targeting PPC campaigns including search, remarketing, display and video on platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Detailed optimising to deliver exceptional results as much as possible.
  • Media planning, campaign builds, reporting, and budget management 
  • Calls and meetings with key clients to talk them through results.
  • Learning and development – this is part of your job and also part of the competency framework in building up the next generation of talent.
  • Commercial awareness – knowing what products they offer and ensuring clients are aware of what these are and the benefits.
  • Delivering workshops.
  • Data and Insight.
  • Communication – You’ll be comfortable presenting your work to a broad range of stakeholders in person and with a range of digital tools. 


  • 1+ year experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. 
  • Understanding of analytics, reporting + excel.
  • Understanding of Google Ads.
  • Keen to learn new systems.
  • Desire to innovate and improve performance.
  • Collaboration with your squad partner and wider team.
  • You invite constructive criticism and respond positively to feedback.
