A world-class remote-first gaming business looking for a UI Designer to join a growing Gaming company which helps clients receive optimal returns on investments for their free and pay to play games. Gaining recognition throughout the UK and internationally, they have grand ambitions of becoming a leading game provider. 

The current client base operates globally within the iGaming market in Europe, Africa, Asia and the US, with plans to venture into non-iGaming markets in the future.

 

The Role:

The Designer role will be reporting directly to the Head of Design and will focus on creating a great look, feel and design of the company’s games in order to appeal to the clients and customers requirements. You will be responsible for the initial design of the game as well as continuous design updates based on evolving user experiences and client requests.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering gaming applications to specific deadlines and budgets through collaboration with Design, Product and Data team members.
  • Collaboration with the development team in producing wireframes and market-leading user experienced in order to accommodate needs of the customer and solutions to market problems.
  • Delivering design projects end-to-end, from creation to implementation.
  • Producing, arranging, and sorting a range of brand assets.
  • Contributing to the development of data-driven design.
  • Keeping up-to-date with contemporary digital tools, platforms and trends within the industry.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital design from a software or agency background.
  • Proficient with Design Tools, particularly Adobe CC Suite and Figma.
  • Previous experience working with developers.
  • Experience leading and coaching junior team members.
  • Gamification knowledge and experience would be advantageous.
  • A good understanding of UX and UI design both within web and native applications.
  • Adaptability to new changing requirements.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Up-to-date design portfolio
