This business has over 20 years successful trading behind them and are looking to expand their innovative team.

What we need from you?

We are on the lookout for a Digital UX/UI Designer to join the team!  The ideal candidate would have 3 years+ commercial experience in a Digital Design role.

The Role:

  • Designing & maintaining the overall look & feel of web & mobile applications.
  • Redesigning current systems to provide continuity & accessibility for all users.
  • Working with product owners & developers to design & prototype new & updated system functionality.
  • Making sure that the end user is central to all design decisions.

 

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable UX Skills.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, user research & user testing 
  • The ability and confidence to sell your ideas & the reasoning behind them.
  • Ability to work both independently & as part of a wider team. 
  • The ability to share your knowledge across the team to facilitate better adoption & understanding of design decisions.
  • A portfolio that can demonstrate your UX design experience.
  • Experience using design collaboration tools such as Figma.
  • Relevant commercial experience

 

Extra Brownie points for:

 

  • A degree (or other recognised equivalent) in Digital Design, HCI or related subjects would be beneficial
  • Hands on HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript experience
