Nine Twenty are delighted to be representing our client based in their need for an experienced Diecut Operator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

You will be responsible for the safe setup, running and quality of flat-bed diecutter, converting a range of corrugated sheets.
Key responsibilities:
- To safely operate equipment
- Ensuring machines are make ready, including patch ups, die forme and stripper set ups
- Ensure smooth running of machines to standard speeds
- Cut and crease quality management, to agreed standards
- Recording standard quality checks
- Troubleshooting of common diecutting issues
- Basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery
- Die forme setup and maintenance (re-rubbering, nicking, replacing knives, etc.)
Requirements for the role
- Experience working with a flat bed diecutter
- Experience operation a Folder Gluer would be beneficial although not essential
