Dialler Manager – Alvaria Upgrade Lead

We’re partnering with a growing organisation in the financial services sector to hire a Dialler Manager to take ownership of dialler strategy, performance and optimisation.
This is a high-impact role with an immediate priority to lead the end-to-end upgrade of an existing Alvaria platform, delivering improved performance, scalability and compliance across the operation.
You’ll act as the internal subject matter expert for dialler capability, working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, IT, MI and Compliance.
The Role
You’ll lead dialler strategy and delivery, driving measurable improvements in contact rates, productivity and overall performance.
Key focus areas:
Lead the end-to-end upgrade of the Alvaria dialler platform
Own dialler configuration, campaign strategy and optimisation
Drive improvements in contact rates, RPC and agent productivity
Own dialler KPIs, reporting and performance insight
Ensure compliance with FCA, Ofcom and GDPR regulations
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver change and performance improvements
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a Dialler Manager or Contact Strategy role
Strong experience with Alvaria or similar enterprise dialler platforms
Track record of delivering dialler upgrades or migrations
Experience working across multiple dialler environments
Background in collections, financial services or contact centre operations
Strong stakeholder management, project delivery and analytical skills
