A brand new and rare role within sports has been created in one of the leading sports digital marketing agencies in the UK and Brazil. Founded in 2014, the company now employs 26+ people across two continents, with revenues growing year on year and ambitious growth plans ahead that you would get the opportunity to be instrumental in.

They are seeking an energetic, smart and very driven individual to join the team of social media experts, marketing professionals and product developers on a full time basis. In this role, you will have a digital first approach to designing websites and graphics.

The team is distributed remotely as part of a 'remote first' culture. They attract people who push themselves to improve in order to unlock their potential. The business grew during the pandemic, and shows no signs of slowing down.

 

The Role:

you will be passionate about designing innovative websites with industry-leading conversions as they will be producing original graphics that appeal and resonate with over 1 million UK football enthusiasts.

You’re not content just designing websites and graphics, you want to do things first and produce work that nobody else can deliver. Your initiative and creative ambitions will be seen and appreciated here.

Responsibilities:

  • Create original designs tailored to each brand’s identity.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Produce aesthetic web designs with a UX created for the user.
  • Create and expand on existing brand assets.
  • Offer new ideas, both visual and conceptual to the overall team.
  • Complete projects from concept to launch both independently and as part of a team.
  • Support the marketing team in the daily content production using both new and existing graphics templates to deliver the overall social media strategy.
  • Analyse results and competitors to inform future decisions.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media ad campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Figma or Sketch.
  • An ability to implement brand guidelines into all creative decisions.
  • A willingness to combine an innovative approach with commercial ideas.
  • Experience in delivering innovative UX and UI concepts.
  • An interest and understanding of creating content that appeals to audiences across Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
  • A team player who’s happy to assist colleagues in completing tasks outside of the job role if necessary.
  • Strong communication skills as you'll be working within various teams, as well as independently.
  • Comfortable working in a high paced, fast-moving environment.
  • Adaptable and open to learning new design tools, software and methods.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with a genuine interest in the latest industry trends and advancements.
  • An analytical thinker who can derive insight from provided data to then make informed, responsive decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail with high personal standards.
