We are continually supporting our client in the growth of their Production Team. We are looking for Technically skilled Production Operators coming from Drinks/Manufacturing/Pharmaceutical/Chemical/FMCG backgrounds to assist with Multiple roles across the production facility on a rotational basis whilst ensuring adherance to Health & Safety and Compliance Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operation all aspects of the process involved to achieve optimised throughout according to the daily and weekly production plans
- Participation of continuous improvement activity will be a main aspect of this role, you will be involved in the suggestion of possible improvements and involved in focused improvement teams
- You will be trained in multiple roles across the Distillery, Feeds Plant and Tank Farm
- Completion of housekeeping tasks and inspections across production areas and reporting and logging of findings including escalation of issues
- Monitoring equipment reliability and performance, reporting variances and raising job requests
- Carry out cleaning and painting duties when instructed
- Assisting in the removal and recycling of any spills
- Monitor the condition of skips and distillery yard
Experience required:
- At least 3 years experience in high volume/speed manufacturing in an FMCG environment
- IBD Fundamentals
- IOSH working safely
- Process Safety Management Foundations
- Basic Microsoft and PC skills
- Experience in permit to work systems
- Experience of working in a COMAH site would be beneficial
