Nine Twenty Technology are looking for an experienced Technical Data Product Manager to join a market leading organisation whose software delivers a hospitality management system which is utilised by some of the world’s top restaurants, alongside thousands of bars, clubs, and hotels across the world. This organisation has headquarters in the Glasgow, Scotland but also operate in Singapore, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

This role is accepting UK wide applicants, with no visa restrictions. The role can be carried out fully remotely or from the Glasgow office. Please note, we will not be accepting applicants from overseas unless you have a UK address. 

As a Technical Data Product Manager, you will join the analytics team to provide scalability for the Analytics and BI function across the companies core products.  You will be responsible for: 

  • Timely reactions to Global Growth’s BI demands to support the company through a period of increased growth.
  • Building product vision and Roadmap

  • Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with all stakeholders in the business 
  • Strong numerical acumen, an eye for detail, reconciling different data, metrics and conveying key figures to stakeholders.
  • Excellent self organisation
  • Experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team on challenging project outcomes
  • Strong commercial awareness

Experience required

  • Minimum Diploma, BS in a research-based and quantitative discipline (e.g.: IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering etc.)
  • 3 - 5 years experience in Product Management
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Good working knowledge of current MarTech platforms (DMP, DSP, CDP, etc.) and analytics tools including Segment, Oracle, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics etc
  • Hands on with advanced SQL, web technologies such as JavaScript, XHTML, CSS etc. and content management systems
  • Experience managing data products 
  • 1.5 years experience working with both offline/online datasets including large and complex transaction datasets, and solving difficult, non-routine analysis problems
