Nine Twenty Recruitment are now recruiting for a Data Analyst with experience of using SAP. This is for a fixed term contract 6 months (with a possible extension) for the Glasgow location paying up to £22,000
You will be helping to provide on-going support to end users surrounding troubleshooting and usage of our clients systems.
Other responsibilities will be:
- Working with the Business analysts on system queries
- Providing daily support and answering queries surrounding the platform
- Positively contributing to process improvement activities within the business
- Mapping and documenting revised processes with user engagement
Essential:
- Proven Analytical Skills with demonstrable problem solving experience in a complex application estate
- Capable of using Visio or other packages to model business/system processes
- Ability to work effectively with 3rd party partners
- Demonstrate Personal Effectiveness and Stakeholder Management
- Pro-actively self manages with a focus on quality of delivery
- Clear Communicator to all levels of business
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
Desirable:
- Understanding of Order to Cash and Supply Chain Business Processes
- Experience of working with SAP or other large ERP platform
- Experience of dealing with Senior Users within a professional business
- Experience of Working with IT Helpdesk Software
- Practical experience with SQL
