We are delighted to be working with a Microsoft Inner Circle Member for a D365 Sales Lead - Retail & Manufacturing.
Overview:
As a Sales Lead, you will report directly to the Sales Director and oversee a team of Sales Managers within the Commercial function. You will be responsible for achieving the Practice Sales Order Target Number, contributing through individual sales, and managing the Financial Services team. This role requires strong stakeholder management, market vertical expertise, and a focus on team development.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the Practice Commercial Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Ensure the team achieves the Practice Sales Order Target Number and meets individual sales targets.
- Implement processes and procedures aligned with the Sales Director's directives.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to Sales Managers, promoting their professional growth.
- Manage team performance, ensuring high standards and accountability.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to implement effective controls and processes for successful commercial operations.
- Market and Client Engagement:
- Identify opportunities across the Industry Vertical, focusing on common challenges and desired outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of a sales recruitment strategy to attract top talent.
- Support the development and execution of onboarding and training plans for the sales team.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft and other partners to maximize market reach.
- Foster a positive team culture and rapport within the Practice.
- Collaborate with the Presales Lead to ensure alignment throughout the sales cycle.

- Extensive experience in managing enterprise customers and identifying opportunities.
