The Role:
As a Principal Technologist, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and development of various large and complex D365CE projects. You will provide guidance and technical expertise in the requirements gathering, design and delivery phases of implementation.
Responsibilities:
- To be a member of the Technical Design Authority
- To have strong customer engagement and Solution Design skills
- Be a design owner
- Be a member of the Principal Technologist community
- Be a part of the Technical Design Authority & Change Advisory Board
- Be a technical leader / mentor to those junior
- Be an overall Architectural Visionary - Application / Security / Data
- Motivates, empowers, and mentors other team members
- Demonstrate an understanding of Architectural principles and delivery methodologies
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of MS Dynamics and relevant Azure technologies
- Plans activities and projects well in advance, taking into account potentially changing circumstances
Requirements:
- Dynamics 365 Accreditations
- C#, ASP.Net, Python, Java, JSON
- Enterprise CRM experience
- Experience in delivering multiple complex projects
- Customer engagement and management experience
- Strong written, verbal, and oral communication skills including proposal and RFI / RFP experience.
