Customer Service Consultant
Location – Clydebank
Excellent opportunity and immediate starts for experienced Customer Service Consultant, you must be highly motivated, competitive, and focused as well as target driven. You must also be energetic, assertive, positive, and able to handle difficult conversations. We are mostly looking for passionate and empathetic people that we can train and help every step of the way.
Working with one of the leading business providers of water in the U.K delivering exceptional levels of customer service and achieving performance targets by taking / making inbound and outbound telephone calls on behalf of the organisation. Your approach and listening skills will be key to understanding what the best course of action is to make a positive impact that really makes a difference. Your duties will consist of contacting businesses regarding outstanding invoices and establishing a resolution to rehabilitate the customer’s situation.
The Role:
- You will be working as part of a team but working towards individual targets.
- You will be taking/making calls from customers wishing to pay or make arrangements to pay an outstanding debt, you will be required to negotiate and acceptable payment plan with these customers.
- You will have to work to a strict client compliance rules including specific Data Protection (DPA) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Stipulations.
- Deliver service to all your customers Internal & External that satisfies in spirit the outcomes required by Treating Customer Fairly principles.
Shifts:
Various shifts available - plus Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm for training
