Nine Twenty are working with our Manufacturing client in their need for a Customer Complaints Officer to join their team permanently with a road map to progress.
Reporting to the Technical Manager – The Customer Complaints Officer will be responsible for managing and monitoring the Customer Complaints System ensuring requirements are met for ISO9001.
The Role:
- Administer Customer Complaints database ensuring all appropriate complaints are recorded
- Allocate corrective action instruction to appropriate manager
- Perform testing on products to ascertain cause of failure
- Communicate with customer advising the reasons for failure
- Update and administer customer credits in a timely manner
- Work closely with Technical and Operations to ensure prompt communication of any corrective actions
- Lead complaints meeting ensuring accurate feedback from complaints owners is recorded
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders ensuring quality and customer service is always kept in focus
Skills required:
- Experienced working with a customer complaints system
- Experience in working closely with customers to manage complaint
- Track record in use of assertive influence on fellow employees and customer
- IT literate with experience
- Knowledge of quality systems experience
