A brand-new role has been created within one of the UK’s leading Digital Agencies that sits in the list of ‘top 100’ Digital Agencies by eConsultancy. They have been crucial in the Digital Transformation of many clients’ businesses, ranging from industries such as Retail all the way to FinTech. They offer a comprehensive range of services ranging from campaigns, web builds, creative strategy and much more. This new role has been created as they are looking to build their CRM offering, proposition and strategy for their clients.
The business has always had a progressive way of working. They have a state-of-the-art office in Glasgow but there is no strict requirement to be in the office set days, if you can make it in for the odd day - perfect. There’s also an enviable benefits package which can be found below.
The Role:
You play a vital role in the definition, development, and implementation of CRM strategies for their clients and the growth of the agency offering overall. You will be responsible for establishing CRM within the business as a new proposition, helping to plan and develop strategies that are aligned with client business goals, ultimately putting their customers first.
You will collaborate with other core parts of the business, such as engineering, to develop the right CRM platform(s) and support with the integration process and ongoing management where appropriate. There is already a team of CRM specialists dispersed among different projects, but you will bring it all together in one team.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for producing viable, engaging proposals and strategies that convey the importance of CRM for our client’s businesses. You will also sell the benefits of the agency managing the full cycle from planning to integration to ongoing management.
- You will work closely with the internal teams to develop a roadmap for each client, considering all aspects of CRM integration.
- You will manage a small team who works across multiple areas that are core to CRM, including email marketing, and lead and inspire their growth and development.
- You will support the Business Development team to review current business processes to attract targets and engage prospects into customers using a variety of tactics.
- You’ll grow your relationships with CRM platforms, reaching out to new ones and becoming a key contact with existing ones.
- You are responsible for the set-up and development of CRM strategies that encompass activities including integration, automation, testing, content creation, segmentation, targeting and analytics.
- You will dig into and collate performance data into comprehensive and engaging reports to present at internal and client meetings.
- You’ll be accountable for establishing and following processes within the team, organising and prioritising workload whilst working to deadlines and allocated budgets.
- You’ll maintain high satisfaction and retention levels of clients across the function, regularly meeting with them to plan, execute, and monitor their CRM programme.
Requirements:
- You have a strong background in CRM, with an understanding of the role it plays in the wider Marketing mix.
- Performed at a Manager or Lead level.
- You have an understanding of other digital marketing channels.
- Proven experience in delivering CRM strategies and integrations.
- Experience with HubSpot is preferable with ideally experience across numerous CRM and Email platforms.
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- A perfectionist when it comes to attention to detail.
- You excel at building strong relationships and you build great rapport with clients.
- A proactive learner with an interest in seeking out new innovations in digital in general.
