Nine Twenty Sales and Marketing are currently working with a global business based on the outskirts of Glasgow, a provider of high end luxury services to clients across the world, to recruit a Controller to join their growing business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion to be part of a high end brand, to really become a true ambassador of the company and the values they represent.
Your role will see you deal with a mix of SME’s to some of the world’s largest organisations, organising transport for dignitaries, directors and representatives to ensure they reach their destinations within agreed SLA’s. You’ll take control of the entire journey, monitoring driver progress and client satisfaction.
Make no mistake, this is a key role for the business and although a good process driven background would be an advantage, the right mind-set, values and communication skills are essential!
Working 4 days on, 4 days off your hours will be 6am-6pm on weekdays, and 8am-8pm on weekends.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Carry out supplier requests within agreed time scales
- Offer the highest level of customer service at all time
- Follow up enquiries and proactively approach tasks
- Take complete control of journey and remain in contact throughout
- Maximise the client experience by completing any special requests
- Be a representative of the business and it’s values at all times
- Manage multiple systems and processes at once
Experience required:
- Experience working in a process driven time sensitive environment
