Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are working with our manufacturing client who are looking for a Sales – Contracts Team manager who can ensure the optimum performance, efficiency, reliability by effectively and successfully lead and manage the Contracts department.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Accountable and responsible for the management and facilitation of the contract function from start to finish
  • Leading and managing the team ensuring customer satisfaction and growth
  • Responsible for continuous improvement in the process and the overall and individual performance of the team
  • Manage the contract function ensuring an efficient cost effective and professional service is provided to all customers from sales enquires, enquiries and invoices.
  • Ensure accurate reporting provided for some aspects such weekly/monthly/quarterly invoicing forecast, etc
  • Ensure the Contracts Team is motivated and committed to the requirements of the business and its customers

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Preferably educated to degree level and / or possessing experience in customer service and / or contract management
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Good user knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), as the post-holder will require to compile and produce reports and presentations
  • Must Possess excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Presentation and negotiating skills as the role will involve liaison with senior personnel across the internal and external customer group
