Continuous Improvement Facilitator

As the CI Facilitator for our drinks manufacturing client, your main responsibility will be to support continuous improvement and change initiatives. You will need to have a high level of engagement and be able to work closely with various site functions to support performance and production lines.

Your role will be crucial in driving World Class Manufacturing and Lean Management strategies. You will need to possess strong problem-solving skills and techniques to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Additionally, your positive attitude and drive for excellence will make a significant difference in achieving our client's goals.

Overall, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a company undergoing a significant change. You will be a key player in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and driving performance across the organisation.

Responsibilities: 

  • You will lead and coach situational problem solving 
  • You will support changeover management and process improvement 
  • You will create improvements to documentation 
  • You will ensure compliance across processes 
  • You will coach and trains RCPS and Fishbone methodology 
  • You will follow DMAIC methodology for Improvement Projects 
  • You will support focussed improvement initiatives

Experienced required: 

  • You must be willing to undergo Train the Trainer and deliver training 
  • Having Six Sigma Yellow Belt beneficial but not essential
  • TRACC Platform experience beneficial but not essential 
  • Previous experience within a process & manufacturing environment
  • You will have knowledge of company values and the implementation of lean manufacturing principles. 
  • You will come with a continuous improvement focussed mindset whilst being able to be a real team player
