Rightdose is launching a number of exciting online brands and we’re looking for a talented, innovative marketing executive to join our Glasgow-based marketing team.

We’ve made significant investment into new pharmacy technologies and a state-of-the-art dispensing facility, working alongside our successful bricks and mortar pharmacy stores, and we have huge ambitions for the development of our online brands.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing executive to help build these brands from the ground up, and we’re looking for someone who brings creativity, passion and innovation to everything they do.

We’re looking for a smart, ambitious and self-motivated person with a passion for marketing and an entrepreneurial flair. If you have at least two years’ experience delivering successful online and offline marketing campaigns either in-house or in an agency, read on.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working with the marketing team and our agency partners to build strong brands in the health and wellness sector
  • Helping to develop a long-term marketing strategy across all channels with a focus on commercial results
  • Taking a hands-on, innovative and creative approach to content generation
  • Tracking and reporting on results, identifying new opportunities, generating ideas and developing new tactics to drive acquisition and revenue growth
  • Developing relationships with key community stakeholders, building partnerships with relevant organisations and looking after our influencer and affiliate programme
  • Working with our agency partners to define, prioritise and manage major campaigns and projects
  • Delivering data-driven insights and reporting on key metrics and KPIs to the senior team and partners

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years’ marketing experience (both online and offline) either in-house or in an agency setting
  • Proven track-record in driving traffic, revenue and customer acquisition, working to challenging KPIs
  • Growth mindset, with an innovative, entrepreneurial approach
  • Fearless approach to marketing and an ability to get things done
  • An exceptional writer and campaign planner, with the ability to identify and create top performing content
  • Creative approach to content production across written, image and video content with the ability to create content both independently and working with others
  • Confident in all aspects of digital marketing, from social media and PPC campaigns, to influencer marketing and beyond
