Nine Twenty have a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Sales Assistant with the opportunity to grow and develop within the business.
You will provide tendering services for standard products and coordinate with engineering and production teams to manage customer purchase orders through to product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Work within a sales team environment having good communication with the other departments within the company
- Answer phone calls and ensure customers receive the best quality service
- Preparation of quotations for customers in response to enquiries
- Customer orders processing and management, in coordination with production department
- Arrange, where necessary, the delivery of the systems (location worldwide)
- Reasonable flexibility in working hours when essential to cover urgent situations or unexpected workload is provided
- Understanding of the quality procedures relating to the position
- Assist the Export Sales team as required
- General Administration as required by the role
Skills
- Experience of working in a sales and administration environment
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience of call handling
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Show enthusiasm in the work place
- Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
