Nine Twenty Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with one of the leading Cloud providers in Europe who provide "Transformation-as-a-service" to ensure all their customers technical requirements are met. Services provided range from Cloud Services, Networking and Connectivity to IaaS and Managed Application Hosting. 


The Role:

As the successful applicant you will provide assistance to clients on a variety of cloud services, including set up, configuration and providing ongoing support. You will assist new and existing customers on their journey on private or public cloud services, deploying new environments and supporting customers with more specific aspects of public cloud to ensure 'as a Service' is fully utilised. Another one of your responsibilities will be to respond to customers’ needs including incident management and change management to ensure customers receive top class customer service. 


  • 3+ years public cloud environment design, deployment, and support experience
  • Good working knowledge of core public cloud infrastructure components
  • Deployment of Vnets/VPC’s
  • Knowledge of cloud security-related services - Load Balancers, Secrets Management, Firewalls,
  • Experienced with container technologies and tools such as Docker running on Fargate, ECS, and Kubernetes (EKS)
  • Automation experience using Cloudformation, Ansible, Puppet, or other similar tools
  • Experienced in using version control software (Gitlab/Github) for configuration management
  • Configuring Monitoring, Alerting and Dashboarding using Cloudwatch, Monitor, Metrics Collection, and Log Management, or other tools
  • Scripting experience in Powershell/Python or equivalent
  • Confident in obtaining requirements and creating designs to meet technical challenges for our customers
  • Translate general infrastructure concepts through a deep understanding of Public Cloud toolsets and be able to advise/recommend the appropriate solutions PaaS, IaaS, or other services to use for specific deployments. 
  •  Experience with Azure/AWS well-architected frameworks, migrating systems from traditional Infrastructure to AWS, building of highly available scalable solutions and building and deploying IAC and Code pipelines would be desirable.
