Nine Twenty Engineering are looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Risk Advisor to assist with the development of consistent clinical standards across all key markets in accordance with global clinical practices and the organisations business plan.  

Key responsibilities and duties will include:
• Support the implementation of the clinical Risk strategy for internal clinical risk documents. 
• Monitor measure and report on relevant clinical issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. 
• Work with other departments so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs for clinical skills development to ensure they are fully informed of clinical risk standards, purposes and achievements. 
• Maintain awareness and knowledge of current and relevant medical practice. 
• Work with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care. 
• Attends seminars, symposia and special events as directed by the Clinical Risk Manager. 
• Endovascular implant recording and reporting. 
• Risk management sign offs. 
• Clinical input into the clinical trials protocol and complaints process for reportability decisions. 
• Support the Clinical Risk Manager with the implementation of clinical governance strategy.

Required Experience 

  • Qualified to degree level BSc degree, Nursing Qualification or background.
  • Current clinical professional membership (i.e. valid pin number).
  • Experience in working within a quality management system.
  • Experience in Clinical Governance.
  • Experience in clinical research.
  • Experience in the audit process.
  • Extensive industry experience.
  • Extensive training and public speaking experience.
  • Significant management and leadership experience.
