My client is a biomedical manufacturing company and these roles will involve working in a sterile Cleanroom environment to strict GMP/GDP.
These roles will suit candidates with pharmaceutical/chemistry lab experience; ideally familiar with cell cultures. However, training can be provided for candidates with Cleanroom/GMP experience and have an interest/flair for chemistry and looking to move into a more technical role.
This is an ongoing contract and you will be working 40 hours per week, varied shifts and optional weekends overtime. The standard rate of pay is £8.50ph
Duties will include:
- Following strict cGMP & GDP at all times
- Carrying out manufacturing steps to defined SOP’s & protocols
- Cell culture experience
- In process sampling during fermentation & formulation process
- Chemical Handling
- Weighing & Calculation of buffers & Daily monitoring of batches
- Scheduled maintenance on equipment and calibration of equipment
- Contribute and implement Risk Assessment improvements
