A great opportunity for an ambitious and degree qualified Engineer to join a Global Manufacturing organisation who are currently going through a period of change and modernisation and be able to really make a difference on the site. The role of the CI Engineer is to look at business improvement projects across production, quality, technical and engineering.
You will be a self motivated individual who enjoys being created and coming up with ideas on ways to improve the business, be able to write reports to justify these projects, have strong communication skills to be able to present this information at all levels across the business. Once the project is signed off then it will be your responsibility to bring together internal stakeholders and ensure the project is run smoothly and all company compliance and safety regulations are adhered to.
This is a great role for someone who has some experience of driving CI/ process improvement in a Manufacturing environment, who is looking for their next step in their career. REQUIRED
- 3/5 years experience (minimum) in CI/ process improvement
- Engineering HND or Degree
- Six Sigma Belt (Green or Black)
- Heavy Machinery/ Manufacturing experience
- Ideally Electrical bias
