Nine Twenty are looking for an experienced Change Manager to join one of Glasgow’s leading Microsoft Gold Partners.

‘Due to Covid-19 this role is currently remote’

The team continues to grow and we now require dedicated, Change Manager to drive and implement business change through effective change management.

A consultative skill set and approach to problem solving, as well as a flexible and collaborative working style are essential. You should be comfortable leveraging standard tools and best practices from prior experience to best meet project needs. The work requires the individual to be highly adaptable to change, work within tight timelines, and manage multiple priorities.

Essential:

  • Solid Business Change Management
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage people at all levels
  • Effective leadership competencies with excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • You may already be a certified practitioner or be familiar with our core methodology, Prosci © , and its accompanying ADKAR model
  • Change readiness/change transition
