Our client who is a leader in the Manufacturing Industry are looking for a Cell Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a dayshift role with an excellent salary on offer.
The main responsibility of The Cell Leader is responsibility for the cell team and cell performance. Health and safety of people is key in this role followed by ensuring finished products meet specification.
As this is a leadership position, the Cell Leader will be responsible to drive performance, set standards, have excellent communications skills and adhere and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience required.....
- Strong production management experience in and FMCG environment
- Minimum 3 years relevant management experience
- Management professional qualification preferred
- Experience with BRC accredited system is preferred
- Good knowledge of Quality and H&S Systems
- Good understanding of critical processes and drivers of performance and proven use of CI tools including SMED, 5S, Kaizen etc.
