Nine Twenty are delighted to be representing their long term client Digitonic in the search for a Campaign Manager. Digitonic are a mobile marketing technology company who have powered over a billion conversations between brands and consumers across 6 continents since 2011.

As the only marketing company to feature in the IP100 league table and Owner managed with a team of 25, Digitonic are in a period of exceptional growth. Headquartered in Glasgow, they have an international client base in multiple fast moving B2C sectors.

As Campaign Manager you are responsible for external communication with clients including onboarding, and internal liaison with the technical/design teams to create thorough specifications and client quotations. Largely focused on management and delivery of campaigns and campaign integrations.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Utilising a variety of in-house built messaging tools to create and deploy direct marketing campaigns at scale
  • Building and communicating strategies for campaigns
  • Develop strong KPIs to measure the ongoing success of campaigns and create reports for senior management
  • Monitoring, measuring and analysing statistics to produce regular reports on engagement, brand, online performance, behaviours and trends
  • Researching competitors, products and category insights and leveraging through social marketing
  • Researching and understanding latest industry updates and writing blog posts
  • Create campaign materials that are accurate, on brand, and which effectively engage
  • Work with relevant contacts, stakeholders, and colleagues to manage or support campaigns from concept to content development, design, delivery and deployment
  • Work with the wider marketing team to analyze campaign performance, provide reports to other teams and optimise future campaigns
  • Relationship building skills to maximise client relationships and client spend

The must haves...

  • At least 2 years’ plus experience working in digital direct marketing campaign management (includes planning, deployment and evaluations)
  • Experience using digital marketing campaign deployment tools
  • An understanding of technical processes
  • Project & process management capability
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Multi Screen testing experience
  • Process driven and results orientated
  • Attention to detail and deadline focussed
  • Understanding of workload management in favour of global time zones
  • Evidence of multi-tasking
  • Good problem-solving abilities

The nice to haves...

  • A relevant degree
  • A technical background or strong interest in technology
  • At least 1 years’ experience working in the direct marketing industry
  • A foundational understanding of the principles of GDPR
