Responsibilities:
- Creation of purchase orders
- Ensure material availability
- Develop and maintain relationships with supply chain partners.
- Monitor supplier performance
- Support the senior buyer with continuous improvement activities within the supply chain to improve performance and drive down costs
- Assist the senior buyer in creating and maintaining an environment of high performing professionals
- Create a positive working environment that acknowledges and pro-actively supports compliance with GMP.
Skills required:
- Experience in using an ERP system.
- Proven experience of working in a similar role.
- Experience of working in a quality-driven highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and with a high level of accuracy.
- A valid driving license and own transport.
