Our Client is a provider of Technology, Engineering & Construction.  Its multi-disciplined group has grown organically over the past 50 years, and it employs over 250 people, specialising in various market sectors, including land acquisition, construction, architecture, consultancy, software development, mechanical and electrical installation, fire detection, sprinkler systems, and district heating.

Role Profile:

Successful candidates will be delivering consultancy services to our commercial and public sector customers across the UK. Working as part of an experienced team, you will be engaged in all aspects of the Technology side of the business from pre-sales, implementation and support.  Our client is an expanding Technology organisation and you will be working to support the Sales team in designing infrastructure solutions that meet and exceed our customer’s needs.  This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded consultant to work in a dynamic company.

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a technical B2B sales role
  • Proven experience of exceeding sales targets
  • Genuine examples of doing the whole sales cycle (From lead creation to closing the prospect)
  • Ability to create a network
  • Strong communication skills
  • Co-ordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
