A fast growing technology company is looking to expand its sales team with ambitious Business Development Managers to drive new SME client acquisition across Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated B2B sales professionals at different stages of their career who are looking to accelerate growth and maximize earning potential.

You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new clients, managing your own pipelines, leading discovery calls and meetings, and delivering tailored proposals. Working closely with Marketing and technical teams, you’ll support campaigns while maintaining accurate CRM records and consistently hitting revenue targets.

There’s no fixed mould for these hires, we’re interested in ambition, capability, and growth. You may already have experience winning new business in the cyber or wider IT technology market (managed services experience is a strong advantage), be coming from a technical or presales background and looking to step fully into a commercial role, or be working in BDR or outbound lead generation and ready to continue developing in new business or move into direct sales for the first time with mentoring, structure, and support around you.
