Nine Twenty are pleased to be recruiting for a Business Design lead to join a fantastic organisation in the heart of Glasgow, who deliver outstanding digital products and services to its customers. As a Business Design lead, you will play a crucial role providing assistance to the managers and teams of Software Delivery to ensure the successful delivery of a range of compelling products! Responsibilities: 

  • Provide leadership to the team
  • Support the Software Delivery Team
  • Contribute to the design, maintenance and communication of the organisations enterprise Architecture in collaboration with the members of Service Design team
  • Support stakeholders in the UAT of systems to ensure that requirements are satisfied
  • Manage issues and risks and proactive problem resolution

Ideally you will have: 

  • A higher education qualification in a computer related discipline or solid IT background 
  • Solid business and system analysis experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate participation in full product development life cycle
  • Ability to be proactive and use initiative
  • Experience of process modelling and systems design tools.
  • Project management experience utilising relevant methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
